The ultra-high pressure low-temperature needle valve is designed for dual working conditions of deep cold and high pressure, suitable for temperatures as low as -196 ¡æ (liquid nitrogen) or even -253 ¡æ (liquid hydrogen), with pressure levels up to 15000-60000 psi (103-414 MPa). It is made of all stainless steel or low-temperature alloy materials, combined with extended valve covers, anti cold brittle structures, and metal cone seals to ensure no leakage and flexible operation in extreme environments. It is widely used in LNG, hydrogen energy, air separation, and superconducting cooling systems.
The low-temperature and high-pressure welding needle valve adopts a fully welded valve body structure to eliminate the risk of external leakage
The integrated welded double needle valve is primarily used in gas dispensing devices, serving as an instrument root valve or process valve.
Ball head welded needle valve bodies are mostly made of integral forged stainless steel or alloy steel, with a pressure resistance of PN420 or above
